Honor those who serveRows of banners mark where they lie
Rows of white markers stretch before the eye
So many serve, so many die

With soldiers who escaped alive
In their honor let your pennants fly

Each Veteran's Day we pause and still
remember those who fell at Bunker Hill;
and those who fight in Fallujah still
